Spis min gris

The team behind Spis min gris is led by chef Mikkel Hesselager. They are working to promote animal welfare and respect for each individual animal, and are working to create a sustainable environment and to reduce food waste. Together with the farmers, Spis min gris are also working to ensure optimal quality and taste through the correct combination of race, feed, grazing conditions etc.
